I've had a few lives.
Financial planner. Sales executive.
Relationship manager. VP, SVP, EVP. Recruiter.
Founder — more than once.
Consultant. Speaker. Educator. Author.
Not in a straight line.
Not according to plan.
The through-line in all of it?
I wanted to understand things.
And then I wanted to help other people understand them too.
That impulse led to a book about happiness.
A company built around purpose.
A foundation built around empowerment.
And a life I'm still — honestly — figuring out.
Welcome to the work.
Pick a door.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to equipping young people — and anyone who missed the memo — with the practical life skills, financial literacy, and self-navigation tools necessary to build a life of competence, confidence, and purpose.
We believe preparation is an act of love. And we believe everyone deserves access to it — regardless of zip code, income, or whether anyone in their life ever showed them how.

3P Consulting Group
Started as a nickname. Built into a philosophy.
For fifteen years, I was the guy in the three-piece suit — the vest, every time, no matter the room.
Consistency has a way of becoming identity.
3P became shorthand for how we work: Purpose. Persistence. People. Every piece has a job. Every piece fits together.
Remove one — and the whole thing looks a little off.
That's how we think about business.
Let's skip the formal third-person bio that sounds like a LinkedIn profile written by a committee.
Here's the honest version:
I've been a financial planner.
A VP, SVP, EVP
A head of sales.
A speaker.
An educator.
A founder — multiple times.
An employee — humbled more than once.
A husband.
A father.
A guy who got it wrong and had to figure out how to get it right.
Not in that order. Sometimes all at once.
